• Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of our solutions to meet customer needs
• Forecasting and tracking key account metrics
• Resolving complex customer enquiries and complaints
• Communicating the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders

Profile

A successful 'Customer Account Manager' should have:
