Customer Account Manager

CK Group are recruiting for a Customer Account Manager to join a diagnostics company. This is a field based role, covering the North West of the UK and is on a contract basis for 12 months.
Salary:
Daily £175.00 - £211.54 PAYE or £232.11 - £280.58 UMB
Customer Account Manager Role:

• Responsible for customer satisfaction with assigned accounts
• Accountable for Customer retention, extension and growth
• Collaborate with the Sales teams with insights and customer knowledge sharing
• Plan, coordinate and deliver quarterly business review meetings

Your Background:

• Educated to a Degree-level or equivalent or have equivalent working experience
• Full UK driving license as travel required, predominantly on territory but also nationally when required
• Evidence of track record managing multiple sales cycles and prioritizing under pressure in a rapidly changing dynamic environment
• Proven experience of working within a healthcare. medical devices or similar industry
• Evidence of building productive customer relationships leading to positive and sustainable outcomes
