SalaryOur superb client, based in Lincoln, is seeking a Customer Account Manager to join them on a full time permanent basis working Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.15pm.
As Customer Account Manager, you will be responsible for dealing with sales enquiries via telephone, website or email from both new and existing customers, providing product information and generating quotations, promoting new products and services to clients, upselling where appropriate and growing the sales revenue pipeline. You will meet virtually via Teams or on site with customers on a quarterly basis, assist in tender preparation, updating the company CRM, liaise with the marketing team in relation to new email campaigns, web updates, product brochures, attending customer events / workshops / webinars and much more.
To be considered for the role of Customer Account Manager, you will ideally hold a business related degree and / or will have relevant and recent similar experience in account management. You will be PC literate in Office365 and you will have effective communication skills. It is essential that you hold a full driving licence and have access to your own transport. You must live within a close commuting distance of Lincoln to be considered for the role.
In return, our client is offering a salary of up to 27,000 depending on level of experience (please note this is a salaried role and doesn't offer a commission structure), 30 days paid annual leave inclusive of bank holidays rising with length of service, pension, private health insurance, social events, birthday day off, hybrid working model once trained and a great working environment.
