The global business is one of the fastest growing in their specialist field and are now recruiting a Customer Analytics Managerto join the entrepreneurial team. The business has an excellent culture with a start-up feel and are looking for a passionate and ambitious Customer Analytics Manager to provide high-level support to the wider commercial function.

Role & Responsibilities

• Take ownership of all customer data insight across the business, understanding how it can be maximised for commercial benefit
• Developing customer segmentations to help drive and improve customer experience, retention and growth
• Delivering regular analytics and reporting, along with ad hoc deep dive analysis and larger project works
• Unearthing insights, presenting recommendations, and telling an exciting story on the customer
• Supporting the CRM team with targets campaigns, monitor and evaluate performance of campaigns
• Automating reports and creating a self-serve environment where suitable

Skills & Experience:

• Experience working in a similar Customer or Marketing Analytics role
• Ability to work with large quantities of data, and convert in to actionable insights
• Advanced SQL experience is essential, ideally with good knowledge of Python
• Ability to build advanced analytical models and provide in-depth customer & marketing analysis
• Driving data strategy in line with wider business goals, and utilize data to drive business decisions and growth
• Love working in collaborative, fast paced environments
• Have outstanding stakeholder management skills and excellent verbal & written communications
