GBP40k - GBP50k per annum + benefits
Job Purpose
In a newly separated world, with increasing uncertainty and change in the energy market, it is essential the Client understands its existing, and new, stakeholders and customers to greater level of depth.
This role will ensure Corporate Affairs, Account Management, Business Development, Exec and broader business have an effective, fit for purpose CRM system which effectively and efficiency captures reportable and usable stakeholder and customer insight.
You will achieve this through development of current system, investment proposals for material change and coaching and training of new and existing users
Day in the life

Supporting Account Management and Corporate Affairs in the effective capture, and reporting of Customer and Stakeholder insight.
Developing system change proposals, and system implementation with IT in RIIO-2 period & Working with business stakeholders and IT to develop RIIO-3 investment proposals related to CRM system
Support external exec engagement through proactive intelligence sharing and post event insight capture.
Creating new data capture requirements in CRM for specific works/activities.
Key Capabilities
Customer & Stakeholder engagement.
Exec & Senior Management lite material production.
Relationship management.
Lite insight reporting through CRM system.
Coaching and training of internal stakeholders on new CRM features, or first use.
Lite project management for implementation of process/people change for IT CRM investment.
Business case creation for RIIO-3 CRM investment.
Knowledge, experience and technical knowhow
Previous CRM systems experience, utilisation, management and development.
Experience of customer & stakeholder engagement.
Senior Leadership presentation experience.
