Here at Cintra Language Services Group, we have a new and exciting opportunity for a Customer Bookings Coordinator to join our customer service team on a full-time, permanent basis offering Hybrid Working - flexibility to work from home or our office. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £23,000 per annum including benefits.

About Customer Bookings Coordinator role:
As a Customer Bookings Coordinator, you will play a vital role in establishing exactly what our customers’ need regarding interpreting assignments, before finding a suitable interpreter from our linguist database.
Key responsibilities as our Customer Bookings Coordinator:
The role involves a wide variety of tasks, from sourcing interpreters and translators to dealing with police officers and handling phone calls, emails, and customer requests.
Assignments can vary from home visits with Health Visitors to an interview of a suspect in custody or to attending a case in court.
This is an interesting role which does not involve selling services or spending all day dealing with complaints.
The successful Customer Bookings Coordinator will have:
Customer service experience, particularly over the telephone
Excellent interpersonal and oral and written communication skills
Good problem solving and organisational skills
Computer literate (Outlook and Word)
The ability to work independently with little or no supervision
