The Role:Silcom Recruitment seeks a Customer Contact Centre Advisor to join our respected client situated on the outskirts of Southampton.Responsibilities & Requirements:Prior or recent experience in a contact centre setting (though not essential).Proficiency in customer service across multiple channels: phone (inbound and outbound), email, and in-person interactions.Experience with switchboards, but not mandatory.Strong background in general customer service and administrative tasks.IT proficiency.The Package:Basic Salary: £21,744 + OTE £32,000!!Hours: Monday to Friday [8:00am – 18:00pm].(1-in-4) Saturday mornings with a half-day off during the week!!If you believe you have the necessary knowledge, experience and enthusiasm to succeed in the position of Customer Contact Centre Advisor, then we would like to hear from you.**Don’t worry if your CV is out of date, please get in touch and we can work with you to do the rest
