This role will be supporting the sales team in pre and post-sales administrative tasks for our stem cell banking service and NIPT service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Completing administrative tasks surrounding the sales process electronic file logging, emailing third parties, post-sales booking confirmation calls, and issuing sample viability results to clients.
- Managing a central email inbox and dealing with / allocating incoming emails.
- Answering the central telephone line and assisting the client as required.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to solve problems and maintain a smooth running of the service.
- Dispatching of stem cell collection kits and letters to clients.
- Problem resolution and dealing with clients.
- Completion of client data entry and ensuring data is up-to-date and accurate.
- Distribution of sensitive data electronically in adherence to GDPR regulations.
Quality Management System
- To recognise the regulatory requirements for procurement, processing, testing, storage and disposal of human samples by reading, understanding and acknowledging the company policies and high-level documents assigned on Qpulse
Safety
- Ensure compliance to company health and safety procedures
- Ensure compliance to SOPs and COSHH protocols
- Completion and maintenance of fire, gas and manual handling training
- Report any health and safety concerns immediately to the Operations Manager
Additional
- Any other duties felt appropriate by reporting manager.
- One week of on call duty per month (payable)
