Red Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting 3 Customer Care Advisors in central Bath. This role will involve taking inbound telephone contacts along with email, social and chat queries. The salary for this position is between 26,000 - 28,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities of a Customer Care Advisor:
- Improving customer satisfaction by owning a customer query through to resolution
- Taking an active role in complaint resolution with the aim to resolve on first contact
- Problem solving and contributing to the improvement of working processes
- Renewing contracts, ensuring the customer is fully informed of actions taken
- Completing any other ad-hoc tasks that may be required to ensure the customer has a great experience
Key Skills and Experience of a Customer Care Advisor:
- Previous experience working in a Contact Centre, preferably a high volume Contact Centre
- Experience in handling and owning complaints through to resolution
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Positive can-do attitude with a flexible approach
