Customer Care Assistant

Do you have experience working in Customer Services within new build housing?
Fawkes & Reece are currently recruiting for an award winning housebuilder who have a requirement for a Customer Care Assistant.
The company deliver high quality homes across the North of England and the company pride themselves in their commitment to building quality, high specification homes.
Customer Care Assistant role:
" Supporting the production team to manage customer requirement and arrange appointments
" Supporting the Customer Care team with administration and management of customer information
" Building relationships with subcontractors and technicians to resolve any snags/defects
" Monitoring outstanding works
" Manage invoicing, delivery of materials and reporting
Skills required:
" Excellent telephone and written communication
" Excellent customer services skills
" Previous experience in a similar role within new build construction
