As the Customer Care Coordinator you will be:
- Dealing with incoming calls, post and emails
- Resolving any problems that customers may have
- Coordinating technicians to resolve any problems
- Checking with customers that all problems have been rectified
- Updating information onto the system
- Experience of delivering great customer service
- Problem solving capabilities
- Excellent prioritisation skills
- Good computer skills
- Great organisation skills
