🌟Key Duties: 🌟
Managing Incoming Defects: Effectively handle and allocate incoming defects from residents and clients, coordinating with relevant contractors via the Clixifix system.
Phone and Email Communication:Handle incoming calls and emails, providing prompt and professional responses to address inquiries and concerns.
Client Updates: Keep clients informed about the progress of their requests and ensure timely and accurate updates.
Plot Certification and Handover: Manage and chase incoming plot certification, ensuring all necessary documentation is ready for handover and sale.
Handover Packs and Reports: Prepare comprehensive handover packs and contents, as well as create reports for management staff.
Cost Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of material costs, ensuring financial transparency and efficiency.
Department Communication: Liaise and update various departments, fostering effective collaboration and alignment.
Handover Paperwork: Complete handover paperwork, including utilities change of responsibility, ensuring a smooth transition for new homeowners.
✅️Requirements: ✅️
- Previous experience in a similar role within the affordable housing sector is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in relevant software and systems.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
