Job Title: Customer Care Team Member - Evenings & WeekendsLocation:  West Way, AndoverWorking Hours:  9.5 hours per weekWednesday: 17.00 – 20.30  & Saturday: 08.30 – 20:30 Salary : £15.15 per hourThe Pure family is a group of Companies that specialises in Pure Cremation, and Pure Cremation Funeral Planning – we are very proud that our Company Pure Cremation Limited is one of the UK’s leading independent providers of direct cremations, and our Pure Funeral Planning Company was the bestselling provider of Funeral Plans in the UK in 2021.We have incredibly talented teams who provide the highest standard of care to our customers and their loved ones, and this isn’t just what we think…. it’s what our fantastic 15,000 customer 4.9* Trustpilot reviews think too.The main purpose of the role is to take enquiries and instructions from families and ensure that all the necessary information is captured and accurately recorded within our Customer Care system. Key tasks:To take incoming calls, answering customer enquiries and taking Instructions.Being able to articulate the legal requirements at the point death and the Company’s procedures and processes which would be applicable.Keeping accurate records of customer enquiries and arrangements; ensuring they are logged on to our CRM system.Clearly explaining, in simple language the services we offer and making sure that it is what the client requires.Organising the urgent transfer of loved ones into our careOrganising the legal paperwork required for a cremation. About You:A high degree of understanding is paramount to the post, as it involves the general support of the elderly, vulnerable, the bereaved and their families. You will need to have a caring and compassionate manner and be sympathetic to their circumstances.The successful candidate will have excellent listening and communication skills to be able to answer customer questions, with strong computer literacy and knowledge of MS Office. You should enjoy working as part of a team and be able to prioritise your workload.
