This is an exciting opportunity for graduates as they are now searching for ambitious, dynamic Customer Care Representatives to join the team!

Role:
- Build a pipeline of sales opportunities for the company through generating new business via the phone, email address and social media
- Process sales orders, adding value where possible
- Maintain sustainable relationships with customers through open, regular and interactive communication
- Collaborate with the technical team assisting with product and customer queries
- This role grants real autonomy and offers excellent scope for progression into more senior roles
Requirements:
- Educated to degree level
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - you must really enjoy engaging with others on a regular basis
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
- Enthusiastic about technology
