Our client is one of the biggest gas distributions in the UK and they are looking for enthusiastic and motivated ambassadors to join their Customer Care Representatives team in Norfolk now
You, Customer Care Representative, will work in a team to openly communicate with customers to inform and advise and educate them of their products and services. This is a full-time role offering a minimum of 40 hours per week with the opportunity to work longer shifts as well as shifts on weekends.
Who you are and what you will be doing?
-Communicate effectively and directly with customers and with both the operational team and Site Managers
-Act as an exemplar of customer service, both in the public domain and when working in the offices and depots.
-Ensure each customer knows all the relevant information relating to the project in hand.
-Identify customers who will require further assistance and ensure there is structured handovers to the operation teams on site
-Attend regular planning meetings working with the local area
Who you are and what you will bring?
-Experience in a customer service role
-Extremely organised and punctual
-Strong oral and written communication skills
-Ideally knowledge/experience of working in the utilities industry
-Articulate and good at explaining things
-IT literate, including Microsoft office, Word, Excel and Outlook
-Full, Valid UK driving licence
