Customer Care Representative - Inbound Ref code: SRK99097306 Office Support £ 25000 per year Birmingham, West Midlands, England Permanent Office Based SF Recruitment are working with a business based in Birmingham who are looking for Inbound Customer Care Representatives to join the team £25,000 base + Commission (OTE c£30,000) Office based Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inbound customer inquiries, ensuring their satisfaction with our platform, providing assistance with queries, and facilitating upselling of services. Additionally, you will be tasked with managing listings and ensuring their accuracy and effectiveness. Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound customer inquiries via various communication channels (phone, email, chat) promptly and professionally. 2. Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions and assistance. 3. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional service. 4. Upsell additional services to customers based on their needs and preferences. 5. Manage and update listings on the platform to ensure accuracy and relevance. 6. Collaborate with other teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. 7. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products, services, and platform features to effectively assist customers. 8. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system. 9. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in Customer Care operations. Qualifications: - Previous experience in customer service, inbound management, or related field preferred. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers. - Proven problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills. - Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer proficiency. - Sales or upselling experience is a plus. This position offers a competitive salary with an OTE (On-Target Earnings) of £30,000 annually, along with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
