iSupply Group are looking for Romanian speaking Customer Care Representatives to start on a permanent basis for a rapidly growing banking company based Manchester.
The Job
Hybrid working
Office hours run Monday to Friday
Shifts include working hours of 09:00 – 17:00 and 10:00 – 18:00
Answering calls/emails/live chat enquiries
Helping customers with various day-to-day queries
Ensuring customers are helped with guidance solutions
The Pay
The company offer an annual salary of £22,500.

Requirements Experience:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task
A friendly, patient, and positive approach to customers and work
Previous experience in customer service
Computer literate learns quickly.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
Flexible can-do attitude
MUST be able to speak Romanian and English
