As a Customer Care Representative, you will work within a team environment that delivers Order Entry, Inside Sales and Administration activities, as well as acting as one of the main pre- and after-sales customer contact points. In this role you will be the first point of contact for all customer inquiries related to the quotation, order creation, and/or services.
You will be responsible for managing fast and effective exchange of commercial information between Sales, Distributors, Supply Chain/Logistics, and other departments, in order to respond to customer queries and/or transactions in a manner that exceeds customer expectations.
As a Customer Care Representative, you will:
Supporting day to day needs of all customer requests, including quotations, order processing, billing resolution, and/or RMA inquires.
Phone, Email and Web support to Sales, Service, Distributors, Dealers, Direct Customers and OEMs for information on lead times, status of internal / external sale orders and/or return authorizations, shipments of materials, expediting of shipments and or material, including tracking/managing internal & external customer issues.
Managing allocated and Key accounts and regions, and backup other regions
Effectively entering customer’s data plus execution of relevant security checks
Providing customers with technical support via telephone and email as needed, while building and maintaining strong customer relationships
Ensuring that timely follow-up is given to orders that require additional customer information and /or purchase orders.
Pro-actively work with the Manufacturing and Service Teams to uphold daily operational rhythms to meet or exceed all internal and external expectations.
Coordinating product delivery dates between several production sites using SAP, for both domestic and international orders.
Developing and faster relationships with supply chain, engineering, account managers and channel partners.
Ensuring adherence to all Baker Hughes compliance issues related to Know Your Customer policies, International Trade Controls, Health & Safety, and all other matters of legality and ethics.
Maintaining an expert understanding of all policies and order processing procedures as related to new orders, repair, calibration, and services.
Following appropriate case management processes to record and resolve issues that need to be worked on and cannot be resolved immediately.
Supporting A/R balance reduction via ARC process management.
Receiving and resolve and/or escalate customer issues and inquiries.
Developing product knowledge of those products which are being quoted or for which orders are being processed.
Ensuring compliance and adhere to operational process which ensures compliance with US and other national governmental regulatory requirements.
Maintaining a customer focus while working in a fast-paced data-driven environment - Embrace full wing to wing ownership of all commercial operations transactions.
Utilizing Teams, Microsoft Outlook, SAP, Kronos, and other job-related software programs to effectively fulfill all job requirements and those that develop throughout your career.

Minimum 3 years of experience Customer Care Representative
Have demonstrated proficient computer skills
Have excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a cross-functional team environment
Have demonstrated good problem-solving skills and an ability to work on own initiative

Working hours – 39hrs
Monday to Wednesday 8.00am - 4:30pm
Thursday, Friday 8.00am – 4.00pm
1 Hr flexing these times when you work to help you fit everything in and work when you are the most productive.
