Job description

We are working with an International high-end food manufacturer and distributor, known in their sector for being industry leaders who provide the best products on the market. They are searching for a Customer Collaboration Expert to join their Supply Chain Division and be a real key performer within the business. 

Job Role
This role will be part of a team of Customer Collaboration Specialists who report to the Head of Logistics.  You will be required to work closely with Supply Chain Managers and Sales team Commercial Managers alongside developing relationships with specific retailers to ensure our supplier Customer service KPI targets are met and surpassed. 

Responsibilities 
•    Act as a key point of contact and proactively manage and maintain customer relationships 
•    Play a key role in agreeing forward forecast with the customer through a 30/60/90 process
•    Work with our sales team and customer to identify contract sell through / run-out
•    Work with the sales team and customer to identify on shelf availability
•    Support and drive continuous improvement projects with customers to advance customer 
experience and reduce cost to serve 
•    Service optimization through working with customers to maximize service level achievements. 
•    Manage key supply chain issues between customer and our client
•    Provide Supply Chain planning and Commercial sales team with insight from detailed understanding 
of customer systems and processes
•    Communicate information to the customer about relevant service and performance. 
•    Support and drive End to End supply engagement with our retail customers delivering overall efficiency
•    Report, analyse and deliver on KPIs by implementing continuous improvement activities related to 
availability, inventory, forecasting
•    Maintain and develop customer satisfaction levels
•    Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure business and customer needs are achieved.
•    Alert Supply Chain teams relating to critical SKUs and their sale/demand forecast, identify differences 
to help support our supply plan and moreover maintain and improve our customer service level 
achievement. Important attention to resolve supply and demand issues
•    Monitor variances to customer ordering pattern, such as depot orders and store demand, including 
any network changes. Ensure you support the Supply Chain team to achieve the required Customer 
Service KPI

Qualifications/Certifications Required
•    A great people person who enjoys spending time with customer contacts
•    At least 3 years business experience preferably in Customer Service process
•    Familiar with SAP functionalities (with preference for SAP S/4HANA)
•    Customer & service mindset, taking ownership to resolve customer issues with service oriented 
•    attitude
•    Good verbal and written communication skills
•    Action orientated to deliver results under time pressure
•    High analytical skills numeracy and logical reasoning, attention to detail
•    Ability to build relationships and be a strong team player
•    Proactive, self-starter
•    Proven track record on improvement performance
•    Able to adapt to changes quickly
