SalaryAs a Customer Advisor you will be responsible for maintaining a friendly and efficient customer interface for service work; you will look after our inbound service and maintenance bookings. You will be also making outbound calls to existing customers and produce service plan quotations.
The ideal Candidate will have:
- Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills.
- Strong Administration skills including: diary management, time management and record keeping.
- Confident communication skills.
- Ability to work within a regulatory orientated environment.
- Ability to show initiative and actively follow up and maximise every sales opportunity.
