These are two 37 hour a week permanent positions and would suit persons with previous Call Centre or Customer Service experience and knowledge of Swansea Council environment services and workflow management systems. The successful applicants will need to be able to work under pressure and provide excellent customer service. The ability to communicate in Welsh is desirable. This role is flexible and will involve both home and office working, though initial and other essential training will be delivered in the office.
