Customer Contact Receptionist

We have a great opportunity based at our Dunstable campus for a Customer Contact Receptionist to become a key member of our customer Services department. As a Customer Contact Receptionist, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our students: To deliver exceptional customer service to our customers and students, ensuring we provide a warm, inviting and friendly welcome to the College. Take responsibility for the efficient running of the front desk/reception area. Our ideal candidates will have experience of working in a customer service environment and experience of using the internet and receiving and sending emails, alongside the following qualifications: English and mathematics or similar at GCSE grade A*-C/9-4 or equivalent.
