Customer Correspondence Writing- ASAP

This is an office-based role until you have completed / passed your training with the benefit thereafter of working Hybrid. The contact centre is open from 8am - 8pm Monday to Saturday and 9am - 5pm on Sundays and you will need to be flexible with shifts as they are on a rota basis committing to a 37.5-hour week, paying you £24k.
Your duties include: Responding to customer enquires via Emails/ Letters, logging communication on internal systems, general administration tasks. You will need to write the response at a high standard, maintain attention to details, follow processes, understand the products / service to response accurately.
You will need to have experience in writing emails/ letters, with excellent written English skills, complaint handling, attention to details, very solution focused and Strong IT skills
