Day to Day

Are you ready to embark on a new challenge that gives you the chance to Join our dynamic retail business as a Customer Data Analyst? You will be focused on leveraging Customer Data to drive customer centric strategies to the next level. As we continue to invest in customer & data-driven strategies, we are seeking a talented and experienced Customer Data Analyst to join our team. This role plays a crucial part in shaping our customer-centric approach and driving business growth through actionable insights derived from Customer Data.

Someone with excellent attention to detail and strong problem solving skills?

Knowledgeable in leading the analysis and interpretation of Customer Data to uncover actionable insights that drive our business decisions?

Able to develop and implement advanced analytics models to predict customer behaviour, segment customers, and optimise marketing strategies?

Confident in collaborating with business stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for measuring customer engagement and satisfaction?

Are you able to design and execute A/B testing experiments to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and customer experience initiatives?

What you'll bring

You will need to be able to
Utilise statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms to extract meaningful insights from large datasets
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of Customer Data by implementing data quality processes and monitoring data sources
Present findings and recommendations to cross-functional teams and senior management
Work closely and aligned with the Business Analytics function to ensure one source of the truth and efficiencies in data governance and practices

Along with the above it would be great if you had -
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field
  • Proven experience in Customer Data analytics within the retail industry
  • Strong proficiency in data analytics tools (SQL, Python, R) and experience with visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Deep understanding of customer segmentation, lifetime value analysis, and retention strateg
