We are seeking a Customer Engagement Advisor to join our client. This role is pivotal in providing exceptional service and solutions to our customers, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and accuracy. The ideal candidate will be IT literate and possess excellent customer service skills.
The role is temporary with a view to going permanent for the right person
Day-to-day of the role:- Take ownership of customer orders and requests, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Provide timely and effective solutions to support customer needs.
- Update business systems accurately to reflect customer interactions and solutions provided.
- Deliver a superior customer experience, aiming to exceed customer expectations.
- Proven experience in a customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
