Customer Engagement Senior Officer

Salary: ££36,312 - £42,717 per year
Hours: 36 per week
Working with colleagues in the transactions teams to enhance the service they provide by using the feedback received to inform training needs, improve processes, and identify potential improvements to service delivery. The post holder will be responsible for the performance, efficiency and development of the Complaints Team responsible for dealing with a wide variety of customer feedback and VIP correspondence into and out of the Council. The post will ensure transactions are dealt with effectively and efficiently whilst delivering high levels of customer satisfaction. In addition, they will support the Customer division on other projects and initiatives that support the Council’s strategic objectives. The postholder will be responsible for ensuring statutory, legal and financial compliance across the service area providing regular monitoring reports to Senior Management.

Our salary range typically reflects the initial starting salary and annually increases until it reaches the top of the range.
