Carbon60 are recruiting for a number of Customer Service Advisors to work with a waste, water and energy management solutions client of ours, based in Cannock.
These Customer Service Advisor positions are on an ongoing temporary basis and has become available due to continued growth and expansion. The ideal candidate is someone who has good problem-solving abilities, no fear of getting on the phone and good IT skills.
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide a professional and timely response to all customer enquiries whilst recording a log of communication history and resolutions.
- Responsible for being the initial point of contact for all customer contacts.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external customers across the business.
- Being an initial point of contact for all customer complaints
Skills and Experience required:
- Full training will be provided, our client is looking for people who are committed to providing a great Customer Experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Good IT skills
HOURS:
7.30am-4pm or
8.30am-5pm or
9.30am-6pm
Throughout the first phase of training, working hours will be 8.30am-5pm.
PAY: £10.94
