Customer Experience Advisor

Our client is a growing business based in Woking who are looking for a Customer Experience Advisor to join their team.
Your new role
Working in a small team, you will be responsible for dealing with customer queries via email or web forms. Dealing directly with the consumer, you will deal with a range of queries in a timely manner, ensuring SLAs are adhered to and recording information via the CRM system.
What you\'ll need to succeed
You will need to be a positive individual who enjoys providing high levels of Customer Experience, enjoying problem-solving and going the extra mile to ensure a positive Customer Experience.
Due to the small size of the team, although training is provided, you will need to have prior experience of B2C customer service, be comfortable using CRM systems and enjoy a fast-paced and busy role.
What you\'ll get in return
