AddressWe are seeking a Customer Experience Ambassador to provide a friendly and positive welcome to every customer at Burnley College, responding to and dealing with any enquiries from visitors, Students and members staff.
Your responsibilities will include delivering a friendly and upbeat welcome to anyone utilising or visiting the Burnley College Campus. To deal promptly, efficiently, and politely with any enquiries from all students, visitors, and staff. Ensuring the reception desks, Visitor receptions and surrounding areas, including our Starbucks self-serve facility, are always clean, tidy, and appropriately stocked
With the Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team, you will have Good general education including a qualification to at least NVQ level 3 or equivalent and to have, or be willing to work towards a first aid qualification.
The salary for this post is £ 21,104
