Our mission relies on a team full of inspiring people, and we’re looking for a Customer Experience Assistant great communication skills to help us provide first class end to end Customer Experience.

- Delivery of customer focused service, driving through the principle of exceptional Customer Experience in all customer interactions
- Take ownership for every customer interaction through personal responsibility to see it through to a resolution
- Use your natural people skills to remain customer focused
- Manage escalated enquiries and complaints to maximize customer retention
- Support increase of customer satisfaction results and customer recommendations and reviews
- Delivery against key customer performance indicators to ensure customer interactions are managed to the required standards in a timely manner
Here’s why you’ll be great in this role…
- You have great experience in a Customer Experience role, ideally in the telecommunications industry
- You have a professional telephone manner
-Good general IT skills - Microsoft packages and ability to use a CRM system
- Organised, high attention to detail and good time management
- Excellent people and communication skills
This is a full time role, based at our lovely Willerby office.
We have been busy updating our benefits as we grow. So now we have up to 5 additional days of a year – 2 days for charity work, a day off if you get married or move house and you get your birthday off!
