In this role, you will be responsible for speaking to customers and conducting surveys to gather valuable feedback on their experience at our client's stores. As a front-facing representative, you will need to be confident, approachable, and skilled in asking relevant questions. Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive attitude and a strong desire to provide outstanding customer service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Confidence in engaging with customers and asking survey questions.
