About the role

We have a brand new role available within our Terminal Operations team. We are currently recruiting for a Customer Experience Lead to ensure that the airport operation and Customer Experience is optimised throughout the entire customer journey.

This role is not limited to but will include;

  • Overseeing the collation, assessment and dissemination of data and information relating to the Customer Experience.
  • Providing support to the Customer Operations Manager on the Airport Service Quality (ASQ) survey and other feedback systems utilising resources from the wider airport operation.
  • Utilising data and analysis, prepare recommendations and improvement plans for implementation across the airport operation.
  • Supporting the Customer Operations Manager with the management and oversight of customer feedback, ensuring responses are consistent and addressed in a timely manner.
  • Developing the customer service principles to ensure they are reflective of our visions and values.
  • Preparing training on customer service communication materials and deliver engagement with all staff across the business.
  • Supporting the Customer Operations Manager in building and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders.
