A newly created position for a Customer Experience Manager has come up to join a great organisation based in Woking. The purpose of this position is to support and manage the team and ensure customers are receiving the best service possible from the company. This position will suit a passionate, dedicated and driven individual who is looking for a new challenge that they can make their own.
The Customer Experience Manager will:
- Work with the team to ensure a fantastic service is delivered
- Be the first point of call for any escalated enquiries
- Provide continuous support to the team daily
- Manage and drive a team
- Teach, train and coach other members of the team
- Support with meetings and suggest ways of improvement when required
- Work with other teams within the business
- Implement systems into the team and company when required
- Analyse and gather customer feedback
- Deal with orders and stock within the business
To be considered for the Customer Service Manager you will:
- Have proven experience in managing a team
- Have worked within a customer services position previously
- Work well under pressure and towards tight deadlines
- Be focused on delivering and making constant changes for improvement
- Have strong analytical experience
- Maintain fantastic communication skills both written and verbal
