An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Customer Service’s team as a Customer Experience Officer. You will be responsible for managing the Council’s corporate complaints, compliments and information requests, ensuring that they are investigated and responded to in an efficient and effective manner with a focus on customer satisfaction and prompt resolution. You will also support Customer Services with their face to face customer contact through the Council’s main Reception at the Civic Office.
This role will play a key part in root cause analysis of complaints and customer feedback, supporting the Head of Customer Services in identifying areas that the Council can improve on to enhance the overall Customer Experience, ensuring we are learning from feedback received.
The Council would like to hear from you if you have previous experience in this area to join our supportive team. You will have the ability to work alone as well as part of a team, be self-motivated, committed to continuous improvement and providing excellent customer service.
