Our client, a leading retail organisation, is seeking enthusiastic Customer Experience Representatives to join their team on a temporary basis starting on April 8, 2024, and ending on April 28, 2024, with a competitive hourly rate of £13.50.
Shifts available Monday - Sunday between the hours of 9am and 7pm, part time or full time considered.
In this role, you will be responsible for speaking to customers and conducting surveys to gather valuable feedback on their experience at our client's stores. As a front-facing representative, you will need to be confident, approachable, and skilled in asking relevant questions. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a positive impact on the organisation's customer service strategy.
