As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will act as a key point of contact for customers post order, developing a culture of customer satisfaction. Operating strictly within FCA and other relevant regulations, you will manage the end-to-end customer journey, facilitating strong collaboration between sales, surveying, and technical teams to enhance overall customer service.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience in a customer service or contact centre environment, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality service. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
