Customer Experience Supervisor - Mercedes-Benz of West London

We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate, customer focused individual to join Mercedes-Benz of West London as a Customer Experience Supervisor.
Your key focus will be to ensure the highest level of customer service is delivered to our customers.
In addition to maintaining high levels of customer service you will also be responsible for supervising our Star Expert team.
About you
Ideally, you will have previous experience of working in retail and be able to maintain exceptional customer care in a competitive environment.
A passion for delivering excellent customer service is a key attribute of the position, along with a determination to inspire others; you will demonstrate enthusiasm and self-motivation.
