Location: Loughborough
Salary: £9,586 per annum (depending on experience), plus bonus and benefits
Hours: 15 hours per week. Customer Experience Team Members working Saturday & Sunday, between the hours of 7am and 10pm.

From helping a locked-out student get back into their room, to recommending your favourite restaurant or organising a welcome party; the Customer Experience Team Member role will be extremely varied. Expect no two days to be the same!
What you`ll be doing as a Customer Experience Team Member:
Providing a welcoming front of house reception serviceConducting flat viewings, inspections, and leading sales conversationsPlanning and running events for our students

A caring, warm person with a positive attitudeAn excellent communicator; as a Customer Experience Team Member you`ll be happy to chat to our students and answer their questionsYou`ll also have great time management and organisational skills
