Working alongside the Sales Team, the successful candidate will be a main point of contact, interacting with the customer from the point of order to delivery and beyond.
The Role
As our Customer Facing Administrator/Handover Specialist you will be:
· Introducing yourself to all new Sales Customers
· Ensuring all relevant Sales administration has been completed
· Managing your own Administrative workload
· Keep Customers up-to-date and informed on progress of their orders
· Responsible for the Handover/Delivery of their new Vehicle, ensuring everything is ready for them to drive away 100% satisfied with our service
· Introducing Customers to our Service & Aftersales department
· Keeping in touch with Customers after Delivery
· One point of contact for all Sales Customers
Skills
As our Handover Specialist it is essential that you:
· Have experience in a Customer Service focussed role or similar
· Previous experience in Hospitality or Retail environment would be advantageous
· Possess strong organisational and administration skills
· Up to date working knowledge of Microsoft Office
· Strong Communication skills: both telephone and face to face
· Ability to remain calm under pressure and work to tight deadlines

Remuneration & Benefits
For the role of our Handover Specialist you will receive:
· Salary - Basis + Bonus up to OTE of £35,000
· Contributory Pension & Life Assurance
· Working hours: 9.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Saturday, with 1-hour unpaid lunch break per day, 1.5 days off per week and 1 Saturday off per month
· Holidays: 33 days inclusive of 8 bank holiday
