Key Responsibilities:
- Greet & approach trade & customers
- Build rapport with customers and suggest to them suitable products for their project
- Provide advice and educate the customers with product knowledge
- Input orders onto computer system
- Discussing the product with customers over phone and email
- Ensure both current and redundant paperwork is filed and stored safely and logically so that documents can be readily retrieved
- Follow company Health and Safety policy
- Report any breaches of company policy to line or senior managers
- Process Customer orders & stock from delivery
- Merchandising of new product into the branch
Qualifications and/or Experience
- No prior experience necessary
- Maintain productive working relationships with colleagues, suppliers and customers
- Demonstrate ability to remain calm and focused when under pressure
- Friendly and approachable behaviours
