Responsibilities
• Develop and implement strategies to acquire new customers, considering market trends and competitive positioning• Create and execute customer retention programs to reduce churn and increase customer loyalty• Lead initiatives to enhance the in-life customer experience, including upsell and cross-sell strategies• Leading CLV growth initiatives across our customer base• Oversee online trading platforms, optimizing pricing, promotions, and user experience• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities, threats, and customer needs• Develop and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations while maximizing revenue• Collaborate with external partners and vendors to support trading and growth strategies• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of trading strategies• Develop and execute robust forecasting models and methodologies to support business planning and decision-making processes• Build and lead a high-performing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a culture of creativity and innovation
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)• Proven experience in a senior management role with P&L ownership, within the ISP or related industry• Strong understanding of internet service provider operations and the competitive landscape• Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth through trading and customer management strategies• Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills• Strategic thinking and the ability to adapt to a dynamic and competitive market• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and competitive market environment
