Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey in the railway sector? We are looking for a dedicated Customer Host First Class Lounge who wants to join our team at Edinburgh Station. This is your chance to develop new skills, gain valuable experience, and contribute to the seamless travel experience of hundreds of passengers.

Your Role: As a Customer Host First-Class Lounge, you will provide exceptional service to passengers, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience, providing information, assistance, and helping travellers who access the First-Class Lounge at Edinburgh Station. Your responsibilities include serve prepackaged food to passengers, help them with journey enquiries, ticket information, providing guidance on train times and keep the lounge tidy and clean for travellers.

This role is your gateway to a multitude of exciting career paths within the railway sector and other key areas of the business. While the position officially requires 13 hours per week, successful candidates will be rewarded with a competitive payment equivalent to 24 hours per week. This innovative approach reflects our commitment to recognizing and valuing your contributions beyond the standard expectations.

Monday to Friday: 21:00pm-23:00pm

Sunday: 20:00pm – 23:00pm
