Customer Insight Manager - Leeds

Our mission is to enable our business units to grow and reimagine themselves by becoming advocates and champions for their Customers. We do this by using shopper insights to create measurable value through the work we do, always putting the Customer First and at the heart of decisions.

We are looking for a talented Customer Insight Analyst who expects more from their career. It is an opportunity to work with a major transformation program as you collaborate with members of our newly formed Business Units. You will deliver insight, analytics and measurable value, acting as a trusted source of actionable insights. Your customer/shopper insight, analytical and presentation skills will be key to driving optimal decision making across the business units.

"Find your role"  

  • Be an advanced user of platforms and tools required to do the work ie: Customer Insight Platform
  • Analyse data sets and turn them into actionable insights to support key business strategy, processes and bespoke events.
  • Assist in developing and implementing data-driven strategies and performance metrics to track and evaluate business performance.
  • Continuously monitor data integrity, troubleshoot data issues, and ensure data quality standards are met.
  • Support the optimisation of business analytics and processes with customer data
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders and managers to understand business objectives and translate data findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Prepare clear and concise reports, charts, and visualizations to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Support the monitoring and effectiveness of recommendations and insight acted upon. 
  • Identify and address data quality issues and work with business teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency
  • Actively input and feedback any opportunities to improve team output / toolkit.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in retail data analysis and Insights.
  • Experience and understanding of the use of market data to support insights. 

 

"Let's find out about you"  

You'll have previous experience in Data Analysis, Customer Insight or similar role. 

  • Experience in retail data analysis specifically an advantage
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a deep understanding of commercial and customer metrics 
  • Expertise in using data visualization tools including Excel, Powerpoint, Customer Insight Platform tools. 
  • Experience in creating and delivering insight and recommendations to multiple stakeholders and varying levels of the organisation
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex data insights in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of the retail industry and trends.
