Are you an experienced Customer Insight Manager with a passion for transforming data into actionable insights? I am currently seeking a dynamic professional to join a growing Commercial team in the role of Customer Insight Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
- Business partner with the Customer and Colleague departments, delivering impactful, actionable customer analytics and insights.
- Create clear narratives from data to facilitate decision-making processes.
- Identify data quality issues, liaise with relevant stakeholders for improvements, and own the Customer and Colleague insight areas in the Monthly Business Review process.
- Contribute to the development of customer/colleague-focused strategies, market research, and ongoing tracking of their performance.
- Build and nurture great relationships with internal stakeholders and external data suppliers.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in using data to drive decisions.
- Knowledge of data analysis tools, including Microsoft Excel and BI tools.
- Familiarity with identifying opportunities from customer data.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to create compelling, clear narratives from data.
- Expertise in data visualisation.
- Resilient, with strong problem-solving skills and a consistent delivery record.
