Job description

Job Title: Customer Insight Manager

Location: Hybrid working with occasional travel to one of multiple offices around the UK (once per month)

Salary: Up to GBP50,000 + Benefits

Are you an experienced Customer Insight Manager with a passion for transforming data into actionable insights? I am currently seeking a dynamic professional to join a growing Commercial team in the role of Customer Insight Manager.

With over 500 developments across the country, housing more than 20,000 people, they are committed to maintaining their position at the forefront of the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business partner with the Customer and Colleague departments, delivering impactful, actionable customer analytics and insights.
  • Create clear narratives from data to facilitate decision-making processes.
  • Identify data quality issues, liaise with relevant stakeholders for improvements, and own the Customer and Colleague insight areas in the Monthly Business Review process.
  • Contribute to the development of customer/colleague-focused strategies, market research, and ongoing tracking of their performance.
  • Build and nurture great relationships with internal stakeholders and external data suppliers.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in using data to drive decisions.
  • Knowledge of data analysis tools, including Microsoft Excel and BI tools.
  • Familiarity with identifying opportunities from customer data.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to create compelling, clear narratives from data.
  • Expertise in data visualisation.
  • Resilient, with strong problem-solving skills and a consistent delivery record.
