Job Description
- Support the analytics team to deliver comprehensive Customer Insights using qualitative and quantitative research methodology.
- Monitor and analyse retail trends, customer behaviour and competitive landscape
- Develop strategic recommendations based on data-driven insights
- Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders across the business
- Implement robust analytics methodologies to ensure data accuracy
- Optimise the use of customer data to support business decisions
- Collaborate with other departments to align strategies and objectives
- Drive the continuous improvement of analytics capabilities within the business
The Successful Applicant
A successful Customer Insights Specialist should have:
- A degree in Business, Statistics, Economics or a related field
- Prior experience working in an analytics team within the retail industry
- Strong skills in statistical analysis and data interpretation
- Proficiency in data analytics tools and software
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with different departments and stakeholders
- A proactive approach to identifying trends and making strategic recommendations
