Mission
· Manage and provide key insights and reporting that present a clear position of our Marketing performance. Support the Marketing team with reporting that ensure KPI are tracked and met. Share insights that enable decision making to improve overall team performance.
· To work closely with Head of Marketing to drive strategy and funnel optimisation, helping to identify opportunities and areas for growth. Evolve marketing attribution model to be more defined by brand, region, dealer, to aid objective achievement. Collaborate with Marketing team to share insights so objectives can be achieved.
· Identify opportunities for change and new ways of operating. Track key competitors to understand actions, pricing, best practice that can be shared.
Stakes
· Ensuring timely delivery of daily, weekly and monthly reporting with a focus on attention to detail and accuracy. Provide a weekly funnel overview.
· Use insights to share observations on performance improvement each month, for Sales and Aftersales.
· A focus on tracking of customers throughout the journey from acquisition to conversion, provide a monthly report on this activity with executive summary.
· Ability to deliver ad-hoc reporting requested on a weekly and monthly basis as required by Stakeholders.
Job Environment
Take responsibility and ensure accurate and timely delivery of reporting and insights that add value to decision making and business ROI. Develop new reporting methodology that ensure the business continually evolves with attribution of marketing costs to performance. Work closely with Marketing team and wider teams.

- Share knowledge with Marketing team
