About Our Client

This client work across the UK providing high levels of regeneration, construction and facilities management services across a wide range of projects - specifically for this role within the social housing sector.

Job Description

  • Provide comprehensive consultation and support to residents throughout all of the stages of maintenance works - before, during and after to ensure high levels of customer service.
  • Guide residents through the customer journey while adhering to client and company engagement protocols.
  • Foster productive relationships with residents, clients, subcontractors, on-site personnel, local stakeholders, the community, and the Customer Care Department.
  • Facilitate choice events, consultation sessions, and personalised discussions with residents regarding upcoming work.
  • Conduct individual resident orientations, company inductions, CLO/RLO processes, work scope, property assessments, and photographic evidence documentation.
  • Perform resident profiling and collaborate with site management to institute efficient practices, coordinating with the Client's customer care team when necessary.
  • Coordinate access arrangements with residents and schedule appointments for home services.
  • Arrange and provide necessary support resources such as packing materials, dust sheets, storage, and other agreed-upon facilities.

The Successful Applicant

In order to be successful in this role you must have demonstrable experience within a customer service based role and ideally previous experience working in the construction industry/social housing sector as an RLO/CLO.
You must be IT literate and able to use all MS office programs.
You must be able to drive for this role as there will be elements of travel as part of the position.
