Morrison Water Services, part of M Group Services is currently looking to recruit a Customer Liaison Officer to work on our Caledonia Water Alliance contract based in Glasgow.
Morrison Water Services are proud to be a key partner on the Caledonia Water Alliance and will successfully and safely work with Scottish Water to jointly deliver SR21, a six-year water and wastewater infrastructure pan Scotland capital investment programme.
As a Customer Liaison Officer, you will be providing the team with specialist advice on all the land and property matters tied to our works. You will know your way around the rules and regulations, but also how they play out in real life. You will be able to provide our delivery teams with relevant information for obtaining land access, serving statutory notice for entry, helping to sort out disputes and resolving any objections. You will be involved in projects that may include everything from upgrading existing assets and pipelines to creating brand-new ones. You will make sure land entry and purchases for projects in your area are delivered at pace. Plus, you'll be part of talented multi-disciplinary teams, working hand in hand to get things done.

In this role, there will be opportunity to work in a flexible way, splitting your time based on business need between site, the office and home. Your contract location will remain as your place of work. Flexibility and hybrid working is managed on a case-by-case basis so please don’t be afraid to ask in your interview about the flexibility on offer.
This role will involve travel around Scotland, liaising with the community and land owners

Do you hold a valid driving licence? You will require one for this role.
