About The Role

We have a new and exciting opportunity for you to join our Asset Management Delivery Team as a Customer Liaison Officer. Making sure our customers feel safe and are safe at home is our top priority.
You will play a key role in keeping our customers informed about the planned works affecting their home and ensuring support and guidance is given when required. Therefore, you must be a confident communicator who is passionate about delivering a great customer experience.
On a day to day basis, you will be capturing and sharing data and information to support the smooth completion of a wide variety of property and maintenance programmes, particularly around energy efficiency, the delivery of PAS2035 and the Net Carbon Zero fabric first approach.
This role is being offered on a full time, permanent basis. It is hybrid working with field based requirements covering the Bristol, Bath, North East Somerset and South Gloucestershire area. You will be working from our office in Weston-Super-Mare and working from home.

About The Candidate
To be considered for the role of Customer Liaison Officer – Asset Management Delivery, you will be / have:
- Good communication skills to liaise with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, ensuring consistency of approach across LiveWest customers.
- Demonstrate a positive and proactive attitude, working flexibly to deliver outcomes, taking responsibility for personal development and growth within the team.
- Ability to plan own workload; manage competing priorities whilst maintaining a high quality of work.
- Experience of coordinating and delivering of key tasks.
- A good understanding of all relevant service administration and a working knowledge of procedures and building safety equipment.
- Good understanding of workplace Health and Safety practices and PAS2035 Retrofit requirements.
- Knowledge of reporting practices and procedures. (D)
- Full UK driving licence.
