About the Role
The Customer Loyalty Specialist will be responsible for growing the revenue contribution of our Backbook, working with existing merchants to understand their needs and requirements to offer an enhanced product set. Achieving targets and objectives by increasing value to our customers and ensuring we retain and grow our customer base.
To proactively identify all appropriate products within each opportunity to meet the needs of the customer and to provide a great customer experience. Clearly articulate our value proposition and provide excellent customer service.
You will report into the Senior Manager, Customer Loyalty and will be based in our Leicester Head Office.
Responsibilities
Make effective outbound contact with our existing customers (in line with the contact strategy) and create interest in our products and services, ensuring all opportunities are identified and maximised
Build, maintain and communicate a robust and tangible sales pipeline to achieve your In Year target and annual objectives, driving commercial proposals in an accurate, timely and creative manner
Assess prospective customer needs in order to enhance our customer’s experience and maximise revenue, proactively broadening and deepening relationships with customers through identifying opportunities to meet customer requirements.
Work closely with our customers to understand what success means to them and how our products and services underpin that success.
Focus on a reduction in attrition by increasing customer retention through commercial negotiation, product upsell and contract extension
About You
A minimum of 6 years experience in a sales or retentions role and a track record of successfully hitting targets
A highly motivated and driven individual, focused on achieving and exceeding targets
Strong interpersonal skills that can influence and communicate throughout hierarchy both internally and externally
Personable and approachable, with an enthusiastic and motivational nature and an overall passion for excellence
Strong levels of accuracy when completing data / information gathering and input
